My research examines how adult education and workforce development can create equitable pathways to economic opportunity for communities systematically excluded from traditional education and employment systems. Grounded in community-based methods and guided by social justice commitments, my scholarship addresses three interconnected streams that collectively advance understanding of adult learning in communities as a vehicle for economic equity.
